Steel Sintering Flue Gas Cleaning Technology

Process flow


The sintering flue gas flows into a high-temperature dust collector to remove particles and a desulfurization plant to remove sulfur dioxide. Upon desulfurization, the flue gas is reheated to around 280℃ at the heating side of a flue gas heat exchanger, heated to 320℃ in a gas burner, and flows into a SCR denitration reactor to remove nitrogen oxides through reaction with ammonia with the help of catalyst. Upon denitration, the high-temperature clean flue gas flows into the flue gas heat exchanger again to cool to 120℃ at the cooling side and is ultimately exhausted through the stack.
